Can I amend or cancel my order once it’s confirmed?Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after confirmation due to our efficient processing schedule. To add items, simply place a new order. Alternatively, you can reach out to us (WhatsApp 01708 376482 , email or call 01708 376482) and we’ll try to assist you in any way we can.

Do I need an account?You may check out as a guest, but registering offers benefits like newsletters, order history, saved details, and exclusive offers.

What shipping options do you offer?Domestic and international delivery options are available — order with us through our website or app (App Store download Google Play Store download). Our cut off time for Same Day Dispatch is 2pm on working days. Any orders made after 2pm on Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday, unless a Bank Holiday.

How can I track my order?A tracking number will be emailed to you by our delivery provider DHL/ Royal Mail once it has even processed. For missing tracking details, contact our support team here. To track your order: Download the DHL Express App and enter your 10 digit tracking number in to the search bar. Click on the link received in either an SMS or Email from DHL.Head to https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home/tracking.html and enter your 10 digit tracking number. For any enquiries you can call DHL on 0844 248 0844 Please be aware that although parcels are put on a next working day delivery service, this is not guaranteed and no refunds/credits will be issued if your parcel is delayed.

What if my order hasn’t arrived or items are missing?If your order hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 48 hours and allow up to 10 working days for courier investigation. For missing items, double-check all packaging and contact us for resolution, within 48 hours.

Will I be charged customs or import duties?International customers may incur additional VAT, customs or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

What if my order is delivered to the wrong address?Please double-check your delivery address at checkout as we cannot change it later. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect address details provided by you. Please contact us here.

What is your returns policy?Returns are accepted within 14 days, if items are unopened and in original condition. Some items (such as outlet products or those affected by hygiene regulations) may be non-refundable.

How do I return or exchange a faulty or incorrect item?If you receive incorrect or faulty goods, you should notify Zen Hair within 2 working days of receiving your order. Follow the instructions provided in our returns portal, including submitting any required evidence. Please include a note in your parcel stating the following information: Name, Order Number, Contact number & email, Return/Exchange. If exchange, what product would you like to exchange to (please note, you will be charged for the postage of sending out your new item)

Return of Faulty Opened ProductsIf you receive hair extensions that appear faulty after opening, they may be accepted for return provided they are presented in a testable and evaluable condition. To ensure that any defects can be accurately assessed: Presentation: Please ensure that any opened extensions are not simply crumpled. Instead, take a few minutes to gently comb and detangle them, taking care not to alter or worsen any defect. The extensions must be returned in an orderly condition so that our quality control team can conduct a proper inspection and testing. Documentation: Before returning the product, please fill in our returns form within 14 days of receipt. Provide detailed photographs and a description of the issue, ensuring that the problem area is clearly visible after you’ve arranged the hair in a testable state. Evaluation: Returns will only be accepted if the opened product is in a condition that allows us to verify the defect. If the product is excessively tangled or bundled in a manner that prevents proper evaluation, the return may be declined or subject to further review. By following these guidelines, you help us ensure a fair and effective process to address any product issues while maintaining high quality and trust in our service.

Are return shipping costs covered?Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product, and it's recommended to use a trackable service due to the value of the items.

How long does it take to receive a refund?Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 2 working days and the refund can take up to 5 working days to reach your account, depending on your original payment method, if the hair defect/fault is the responsibility of Zen Luxury Extensions. We will be fair and just in our testing procedures and ensure that the results of the testing is fair for both parties.

How do I care for my hair extensions?Follow our comprehensive aftercare routine using our recommended shampoos, conditioners, masks, and heat protectants.

Can I style or heat my hair extensions?Yes - use a maximum temperature of 180°C and always apply a heat protection spray to prevent damage.

Do your Micro and Nano rings contain Nickel?Our micro rings are made with a COPPER ALLOY. Which means it is a mixture of metals to maintain it’s ductability, and durability. The alloy mixture may contain traces of ALUMINIUM and NICKEL Although the rings are powder coated in a tough paint (to colour match the rings) the paint does come off with the use of tools/pliers, revealing the metal underneath. There is a high possibility of metal - skin contact. Those with a sensitivity or allergy to NICKEL are advised NOT to use our rings.

How long should my hair extensions last?Lifespan varies with proper maintenance: Human Hair typically lasts 6-12 months, while Remy Hair can last longer with proper care and aftercare.

Can I sleep in my professional hair extensions?Absolutely! However, it is important to prep your hair before going to sleep. After thoroughly brushing your hair to remove any tangles we advise plaiting your hair. This will prevent your hair extensions from moving around too much and matting together. This will also minimise any friction on the mid lengths to the ends of your hair making it easier to brush and style in the morning.

Do I need any qualifications to attend the Zen Hair Training Course?Yes, you need to be at least Level 2 qualified in Hairdressing.

Do course attendees need to buy any equipment before the course?No, all equipment to use on the day is included. If you are using models then you would need to purchase the hair.

What is the duration of the course?We offer both a 1 day course and a 2 day course depending on what methods you wish to learn. Each day would be 10-5.

What do I receive when I book Zen Hair Training?When booking a course with Zen Hair, this will entitle you to a Trade Account with us. You will also receive a full training kit and a certificate plus lots of branded goodies!
