Celebrating Success: Zen Brand Ambassador Lauren Quayle's Triumph

Lauren Quayle and her team

We are thrilled to share some exciting news about Lauren Quayle, one of our brand ambassadors for Zen Luxury Extensions, who has recently been featured in the Lancaster Guardian Newspaper. Lauren, a dedicated hairstylist from Morecambe, has achieved a significant milestone less than a year after opening her own salon, The Locks Lounge. Her inspiring story is a testament to her hard work, resilience, and the fulfilment of a cherished dream.

Award-Winning Excellence

Lauren Quayle Award win

Lauren Quayle and her team at The Locks Lounge were awarded the prestigious title of Best Hair Extension Salon by the Hair & Beauty Awards 2024. The ceremony, held at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre, recognised the salon's exceptional quality and innovation in hair extensions. Competing against 50 of the UK's top salons, Lauren's triumph is a remarkable achievement, especially considering that The Locks Lounge was founded just 11 months ago.

“We can’t believe we have won this fantastic award after just 11 months in business,” Lauren expressed with joy. From a solo venture to a thriving team of eight, her journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

A Dream Realised

Lauren's success is deeply personal. She dedicated this achievement to her late mother, Fiona, whose dream was for Lauren to open her own salon. “I did it for Mum. My mum's dream was for me to open my own salon and before she passed away, I told her that was what I was going to do. I just wish she was here to see it,” Lauren shared poignantly.

Looking Ahead

With over a decade of experience in the hair extensions sector, Lauren's vision extends beyond this recent accolade. She has ambitious plans, including participating in the Manchester Hair Show and launching her own hairbrush range. Her commitment to staying at the forefront of the latest hair extension methods is unwavering.

Lauren's gratitude towards her team and clients is heartfelt. “I’d like to thank my team and clients from the bottom of my heart. This wouldn’t be possible without their continued loyalty and support,” she acknowledged.
